Placing an order with Planet Sputnik Homestyle…
Simply order online easily and securely, and pay via either Paypal or direct bank payment (these options will appear in Checkout).
We’re sure you won’t have any problems during the online ordering process, but on the off chance that you should, please visit our contact page and let us know what happened. We’ll do our very best to help.
Shopping with Planet Sputnik Homestyle is super-secure
Using Paypal ensures the highest security possible. All your details are stored and managed by Paypal – we are simply notified that you’ve paid and sent your delivery address. No details are passed on to any third party. See here for more security details.
As an alternative, paying directly into our bank account from your own bank account via BACS also ensures a secure payment experience. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

UK: Postage is £1.50 per product, and free when you order three or more products.
EU: Postage is £2.00 per product.
Rest of World: Postage is £2.50 per product.

We use Royal Mail to send out your order, as follows:
Orders up to the value of £60 – Second Class (normally delivered two-three working days from dispatch)
Orders over the value of £60 – Recorded Signed For (requires signature on delivery)

As long as the item(s) ordered are in stock, for UK orders please allow up to five working days from time of order to delivery, and slightly longer for international orders. If you need a more urgent delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our very best to help.
Delivery not turned up when you expected it?
Please visit our contact page and email us with your order number. We’ll get straight on it and be in touch shortly afterwards.
Good grief, you’ve received a faulty item? Many apologies – that happens only very rarely – but here’s what to do…
We adore our Planet Sputnik Homestyle retro homewares and hope you will, too. However, should you need to return an item due to a fault, please contact us via email within 28 days to let us know and we’ll forward instructions by return so that you can send it back to us. If necessary we’ll refund or replace your purchase once we’ve receive the returned item – and we’ll cover postage costs, too.
Simply changed your mind?
The EU Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state that you can return an unused, unopened item in the exact condition we sent it to you as long as you let us know you’ll be doing so within a certain time – in this instance, 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email within this time to tell us of your decision to return the item under the DSR – and let us know why – and then please return the item (which must be at your own expense) within 28 calendar days. A full refund for the product and original postage cost will then be issued within 14 days.
